Library Answers: Q. I have been asked to provide an H-index of my publications - how do I do this?

The h-index is based on the highest number of papers included that have had at least the same number of citations.

To check your h-index on Scopus, follow these steps:

• On the library website go into Library databases 

• Choose Scopus or  log in via the Open Athens link

• Click on Authors search on the main search screen

• Enter your surname and first name

• On the results page, hover over your name and click the hyperlink to view your profile.
