To convert a word document to a PDF document with Microsoft office 2007-10 users can save their Word document directly into PDF format by using ‘Save As PDF’. (Microsoft office 2010 is on all Staff and Student computers)
To convert a PDF to a Word Document is not possible on the Library computers as the software to enable you to do this is not loaded on Student machines in the Library.
If you want to load this software on to your personal device then proprietary programmes like Adobe Acrobat Pro are available for purchase. Please note this software can be very expensive to purchase and 'free' services can be unreliable.
