SCONUL Access is a co-operative venture between most of the higher education libraries of the UK and Ireland. It enables staff and eligible students to borrow material from other libraries. Both Ulster and QUB are participating in the scheme. However, under the scheme, QUB Library will only allow access to academic staff and postgraduate research students. Note that QUB Library will usually allow staff and students in to undertake research during vacation periods.
