Library staff are not able to assist with network password problems. If you have forgotten your password, then there is more information about resetting passwords on the Password Management for Students and Staff Password Management pages of the Digital Services website.

For students, there are also dedicated PCs, known as Password Kiosks, located within the Library on each campus that will facilitate the resetting of network passwords.
