In line with current advice, the Library is helping to limit the number of people who come on to campus. If you will be coming back in September, please hold on to any books until campuses reopen. No fines are being applied during this exceptional period of closure so there is no need to worry about incurring any charges if you keep books until then.

However, we recognise that some students may be leaving the University soon and a book return service is now available for final year students and any students and staff that are leaving the University

  • A returns facility is available in the foyer on each campus, adjacent to the campus Reception Desk.
  • You may return books at any campus Mon-Fri 10am-4pm

Library staff will clear the returns bin at least once a week and you can check your Library account is clear by using the My Library Account facility.

Even if you are graduating or leaving the University, If you are unable to travel to one of our campuses, please keep all books until conditions allow you to do so.
