Library Answers: Q. Can members of the public use Ulster University library?
The Civic Access scheme allows members of Libraries NI, the Public Library Service, to join UU Library as a borrower. Civic Access borrowers are able to borrow up to 2 stand loan books from any of our libraries. Further information and an application form can be found at Information page on Civic Access
