Check the details on the Library catalogue to see if the book is a print copy, or an eBook- if latter you can access it through the Portal once you authenticate.

For print check that you are looking in the right place in the Library: if you are at the correct shelf, and at the right place in the sequence.(In the Jordanstown and Belfast libraries, books at the same number are then shelved alphabetically by the 3 letters following the number. Look along and around the shelf as a book can be mis-shelved.Also another user may be consulting the book within the library.

Please ask library staff for help if  you are unable to locate a print book or are having problems with access to an eBook.
